We’re looking to hire a Client Success Manager with a proven track record of overseeing Paid Media (Google Ads, Facebook Ads) campaigns for performance-focused clients. The candidate should have a passion for the digital world, a propensity to problem-solve, phenomenal attention to detail, and display strong leadership qualities. It’s imperative to be a self-motivated team player who can manage and prioritize multiple simultaneous digital projects and provide daily proactive client-facing communication on strategy and project status.
This role on accounts will be a key member of our Client Services team and collaborates with internal SEM and creative teams. This position will report to the Account Director and is a net-new position to facilitate company growth.
Be the primary driver of communication between the agency and the client.
Build solid and personal relationships with clients and understand their business objectives to ensure satisfaction.
Develop cross-channel insights and recommendations to solve larger business problems, improve key performance metrics, and develop critical insights for quarterly and annual business reviews.
Collaborate and contribute to agency standards on critical marketing service deliveries to optimize, retain or upsell business.
Schedule, organize and facilitate client campaign initiatives across all agency channels; hold regular internal meetings to guide client conversation to ensure clarity and productivity effectively.
Oversee implementation, delivery, and execution of program promise; manage client expectations.
Work with internal campaign managers and operations team to plan and execute successful paid media campaigns.
Key Skills and Experience
Ability to communicate complex paid media terms and performance metrics effectively to clients with varying degrees of digital marketing knowledge
You must be an excellent communicator in every way. Not just mechanically (writing, talking), but in reading people and situations and knowing what to say and when for the best and most constructive outcome.
Possess a true understanding of business growth and marketing, and the ability to correlate actions to business value
Highly skilled in Google Ads and Facebook Ads with 4+ years of experience in an agency setting
Experienced in compiling, documenting and communicating client requirements to internal stakeholders
Strong project management and organization skills, ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects and inspire trust with team members
Advanced knowledge of web analytics and digital marketing tools, including Google Analytics and AdWords Keyword Planner
Demonstrated excellence in building and maintaining profitable client relationships
A future-minded individual with a strong desire to contribute to an emerging leader in the digital marketing space
A positive attitude and the ability to thrive in a collaborative and fast-paced environment
